So summer is almost over and now it is finally time to start packing up and getting ready to leave for college. I hope that I can stay close to the friends and family that I care so much about now and that I can make many new friends along the way as well. I just turned 18 and I think it would be fun making a list of all the things you can do when you turn certain ages so please help me think of different things…
At 5:

You have to go to school or be receiving alternative education

You can see a U or PG film at the cinema

At 7:

You can draw money from the post office or savings account

At 10:

You can be convicted of a criminal offence

At 12:

You can buy a pet animal

At 13:

You can have a part time job, with some restrictions

At 14:

You can enter a pub, but you can’t buy or drink alcohol there

A boy can be convicted of rape, assault with the intent to commit rape and unlawful sex with a girl if she is under 16.

You are responsible for wearing a seat belt.

At 15:

You can posses a shotgun certificate

You can see a 15 or PG rated film without parental consent

At 16:

You can buy premium bonds

You can seel scrap metal

You can join a trade union

You can leave school

You can join the armed forces but you cannot go into a war zone

You can hold a licence to drive a moped of up to 50 ccs

You can live independently, subject to certain conditions being met

You can purchase an air rifle

At 18:

No curfew for driving even if you have gotten a ticket before.
Go to the doctor's by yourself.

Hey everyone! im back with a new xanga site.  Today i some graduation presents one being a new lap top that i can use for college and a few other things that i will be able to take with me.  had ashley's graduation party which was fun but it started pouring outside which made it more difficult to bring all the chairs, tables, and crape paper inside from outside.  Good luck to everyone that has finals this week, just think summer is here for you in just a few more days :)
